3. Behavioral Interview (STAR format: Situation, Task, Action, Result)
• Tests soft skills: communication, teamwork, conflict handling, stakeholder management.
• Example: “Tell me about a time when requirements kept changing. How did you handle it?”
4. Panel / Hiring Manager Interview
• Senior leaders or project managers assess cultural fit and long-term vision.
• More strategic questions about goals, leadership, client handling.

• HR shares salary, benefits, next steps.
• Sometimes includes reference checks.
