First round was HR screen, once passed, then two partner direct interviews, offer and acceptance. All virtual because I was not local. Experienced hire processes are different than campus hire processes, especially coming from another big four firm. overall easy and smooth process.

The interview is smooth, the whole process is focusing on what EY can give as an employer and what we can give as an employee. The interviewer is really friendly and shared her exp with me, which I appreciate very much.
