This all depends on the sector, practice and the team with no one size fits all answers. Usually you will have multiple rounds of interviews. First is usually a personal fit interview in which you are asked to present yourself, however, there are usually also some technical questions included to know if you actually read the job description and if your previous experience is sensible.
