Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EY
Colloquio
3 rounds. First was a very straightforward virtual behavioural where they asked the standard questions you should expect, the only thing they added was a brain-teaser at the end but even that wasn't overly difficult. Second round was a virtual case but not the typical case I had been prepping for, they laid out a scenario, gave me 2 options, and all of their questions were basically asking which would you pick and why - my guess is they are gauging how you defend your choice and communicate that to potential clients. Final round was an in-person super day consisting of 1 partner "coffee chat" and one partner interview, again just behavioural questions. For the interview the partner sat there with my resume in-front of him and just went through it asking me to explain different things and "why EY?"
