Sent the application first, then I completed the online assessment. I was then sent a HireVue to complete, and finally I was invited to the online assessment center which had all early career applicants from different service lines (including EY-P) and had to complete a group task and an individual task.
Pretty easy behavioral interview with a resume walkthrough questions about time management, multitasking, and conflict. Some technical questions, such as market valuation and whether I have any technical research writing experience,
Fue online. Empezó con algunas preguntas personales relacionadas con mi CV, seguidas de una pregunta sencilla enfocada en consultoría. Todo el proceso fue en español y tuvo un ambiente cordial.
