Standard behavioural questions with group case study online. Randomly put into groups and given time to read and discuss the given topic before presenting. Interview was with a director in my chosen service line.

Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
