The first interview was phone interview, took about 25 minutes. The interviewer was a senior tax manager in Ohio and he asked about what class I took, what projects I have done and former internships. It was easy and not behavioral based, more like getting to know about the candidate and explaining the job duties and daily routes, and introducing the tax team.

Mainly focus on behavioral questions, have self introduction part and interviewees are very friendly to fresh graduate. Some internship interview has group interview, but full time position just have 1V1 interview. The process is fast, I received offer after 3 days.
