Went to an assessment centre in July 2016. Had my presentation and interview the day before, most of the interview questions focus on this asking why you chose it and how you'd implement and improve it. Try and choose something unusual this was what I got commended on. EY now use a strength based assessment process which I found much more relaxing. The group task was about sorting work skills and what we thought was most important. I was quite lucky with the people I had on the day as we all got on really well which helps in the group tasks

Lots of follow up questions to the presentation - i.e. how you researched it, how you'd improve research etc.
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
