Zowel taal als redeneertesten dienen op voorhand ingevuld te worden voor een eerste selectie. Op de selectiedagen zelf bestaat de kans dat u deze opnieuw moet afleggen. Nadien volgen enkele testen zoals een panel gesprek, persoonlijkheidstest en 1 op 1 gesprek. Nadien volgt een gesprek met Hr die pijlen naar motivatie. In datzelfde gesprek zit een senior manager/director/partner die meer focust op je technische capaciteiten en jouw "fit" binnen het team.

Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.

Le processus a été fluide et professionnel, articulé autour de trois étapes clés : un premier échange téléphonique RH pour valider les prérequis, suivi d'un entretien technique approfondi avec le manager opérationnel. J'ai apprécié la clarté des échanges concernant les missions du poste. Le délai de réponse entre chaque étape était raisonnable, ce qui témoigne d'une bonne organisation interne.

Technical tests, 3 hours presentation (presentation of the firm and group exercise), 2 interviews with senior managers, 1 interview with a director and a partner.
The persons that interviewed me did not read my resume before the interviews, unprofessional behaviours
Nothing fancy, classic interviews with classic questions (why EY and not an other big4?)
