I applied through my college placement cell. EY (Gurgaon offices) reaches out to college placement cells for hiring analysts.
I was interviewed twice.
First by a Manager and then by a Senior Manager. A partner level interview may be conducted in some cases.

- Would you be willing to travel for work?
- Would you be able to interact with clients in English?
- Campus recruitment - talent acquisition onsite

Straight forward and clear timeline, the whole process took around 2 months, got offer for my first choice

pretty much simple. anyone can crack it if they know what they are saying. you should be confident. ALSO should have knowlege of 1-2 industries - especially of that industry where the team works in.
