Was extended an invite to come to Tampa, FL to interview after I met them at my university's career fair. It was very laid-back, they just want you feel comfortable and get a true understanding of what they are about and see if it is a good fit for you.
They shortlisted around 180 students based on their academic performance in class 10,12 and btech.
First round was gd..they selected 3-4 people from a group of 15.
People were screaming all around.
Then tech round

they asked me questions based on my resume.The panel was very chilled out and helpful.At the beginning they asked me to introduce myself and started asking questions based on what i was saying.
