The interview process starts with an aptitude test.. if you get adequate score you get a one on one round with the manager who asks technical as well as personal questions. If you clear that round, you get a director/partner round, where the director/partner asks direct questions to you about your plans , your hobbies and even a few technical questions.. if you clear this round as well.. you get selected..

Which is your favourite accounting standard? And then questions were asked on a different accounting standard which was unknown !
excellent and very engaging with the interviewer as I can understand a lot how the firm treats its employees and provides opportunities for intern to explore areas that are most interested for the individuals

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
