Applied online through my college and then was interviewed by 2 different employees, one was a partner and another was a director. The interview was relaxed conversation about my interest in EY and behavioural questions. I was contacted a few weeks after and given an offer.

Describe a situation in which you have tackled a group conflict.
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
Typical interview panel design not too difficult it’s alright not complicated audit procedures understanding financial statements so many questions what do you know about the organization audit firm services nature
