Send resume through their portal. Within 3 days HR arrange for an interview. There is a short written test on EY value then one-on-on interview with SM.
One technical question about new FRS. 2 - 3 questions about qualifications. The rest of the interview is him explaining his service line and taking questions from me. Last about 20 minutes - half an hour.
Receive offer slightly more than 2 weeks later.

It was good, they asked questions about ifrs and us gaap the company is good. Environment is highly competitive but it's fine things happen and it is what it is at the end of day

Interview with HR, about 30 minutes. HR is so nice and give me the feedbacks that i feel it is so valuable for me. The interview went well and there is nothing to complain

there's two 30mins interview back to back, one with partner, one with senior managers. All the question are behavior questions, try to make ur answer with ur resume. Usually got back from the recruiter with in 2 week.
