Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EY (Lagos) nel mese di ott 2018
Colloquio
It was a two stage process. The first process was a panel interview with 3 managers and 2 senior manager. It lasted for about an hour and half. Everyone on the panel had questions to ask as regards techinical questions and core competencies.
The second interview was a Partners interview. Though there were two participants - a partner and an associate director and it was quite brief and straight forward. No tension or difficult questions. Just 1 technical question and negotiation on expected level.

Straight forward and easy was two interviews and they had great communication on both and also asked practical questions to gauge your technical knowledge as well as try see if you’re the right fit for the team

Le processus de recrutement a commencé par l’envoi de la candidature, suivi d’un entretien téléphonique de préqualification. J’ai ensuite passé un entretien technique avec l’équipe, puis un entretien final avec les RH.
