Two interviews back to back. 30 minutes each and with different people. First interview was very relaxed and just talking. Second interview had standard behavioral questions. Overall, very relaxed environment.

Easy, they are just asking behavourial questions. For a starting career in Halifax, the pay was low for a master degree. But they are willing to negotiate depending of your skills and your experience

The whole recruitment process took about two weeks, including a Hirevue interview followed by final interviews with a partner and a senior manager. I received the result three days after the final interview.
