Colloquio
Nachdem ich online eine Bewerbung abgeschickt hatte, wurde ich ca 4 Wochen später zu einem Gespräch eingeladen (beide am selben Tag).
1. Gespräch 30min mit HR (Selbstpräsentation, Umgang in XY Situation, Stress)
2. Gespräch 1h mit zwei Senior Managern (persönliche Fragen zu CV, fachliche Fragen zu Bilanzanalyse & Rechnungswesen)
Am nächsten Tag schon eine Rückmeldung erhalten.

How many chairs are available in my univeristy building?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
