Fairly standard process. I was a intern before I joined as staff so I completed a video interview and two in person interviews. The video interview consisted of maybe 5 questions and a couple of minutes to answer the questions once they were displayed on screen.

Standard behavior questions, nothing technical. Also a good reason why you want to work at the firm
first interview with HR, then some accounting exercise such as what happen to liabilities if this particular scenario appear, and in the end a call with a senior and a junior.
Applied online and got the interview. Prepared 1-2 minutes and several experiences. Question: why audit and why EY? The strength... to be auditor? Any challenge .... you met in the past?
