Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EY (Boston, MA) nel mese di mag 2013
Colloquio
I first applied online for their Emerging Leaders Program for sophomores in late January. Then, I was offered an on campus interview in March. I interviewed with a manager in international tax, which I thought was great because I expressed an interest in tax, especially international tax. He was friendly and asked mostly about my leadership experiences on my resume and gave me more than enough time to ask questions.
I was offered a spot at the program in late May, and there I interviewed with two professionals in their financial service office tax practice. The first person basically did not ask me questions, instead just gave me the full time to ask him questions about EY and his experience. The second person was very friendly from the start and graduated from my college. He only asked about what was on my resume and then gave me time to ask my own questions.

Colloquio
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
