Colloquio
I’ve applied to this position by sending my CV and cover letter to the Hr manager. Few days later I’ve received a call from the company, they asked me to complete tests, which are numerical, verbal, logic test. Also, I’ve needed to complete English test and test which checks knowledge of accounting, audit and tax. (All list of tests to be completed by applicant can be found on company’s website.) Afterwards, I was contacted by hr manager and was told that tests’ results were good so I was asked to come to the interview with hr manager. It also went quite well, as I was asked all questions which were sent to me before the interview to prepare myself for it.
Then things got slightly complicated as to get an offer I needed to be interviewed by manager of assurance department. However, instead of manager , senior manager came to my interview and it was really challenging to pass this interview as he asked tough questions which not every bachelor student could barely know.
Nevertheless, everything went better than I've thought. I was able to prove myself and received a good feedback from him.
