It was a three step process. I submitted my Application through my college website. I was then reached out by a recruiter to complete a Pre-recorded interview. I was then interviewed by the FSO department where I has three separate interviews which included 2 Behavioral interviews and 1 case study interview virtually on the same day. The case study is not that hard but make sure to research online about Consulting case study interviewers.
