The HR send me via email Aptitude Assessment tests (numerical, behavioural, English language evaluation) that I had to complete until a specific date. Then after the evaluation of the test results was positive, that communicated via phone call to arrange a face to face interview. The interview was conducted by an HR director and a line manager. After a few weeks( maybe a month) they made me an offer.

Need modelling development or validation knowledge
Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
The process was relatively straightforward and moved quickly (total time was less than 2 weeks). It consisted of:
(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational
