By online interview, writing tasks, and game-based test. The interview was conducted on Zoom. and lasted for about 45 mins. She asked questions based on your past working experience, your perspective towards the company, and why you want to work there.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
