Some online tests (situational and maths), a video interview (behavioural/strength questions), an assessment centre (group project, maths test and 1:1 situational based interview, and a final interview which involved a presentation. The whole process took around 3 months.

The interview process was quite straightforward. Case + behavioural interviews, with the latter covering questions on teamwork, adaptability, weakness / strengths. Having in mind the STAR framework would help to articulate your experiences

The selection process consists of several stages: CV screening, an online aptitude test, an interview with managers, and finally an interview with the partners, where you have to present a case study under 15 minutes and be asked some behavioural questions. On average, the process took approximately three months to complete. The application window opened in March 2025.
