I had a virtual recorded interview followed by a a virtual interview with two partners in the office I will be starting in. The process took about a month. After interviewing, I received an offer within 2 weeks.

The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
