Got aggressively contacted by Recruiter on Linkedin. 1st fielding interview with recruiter over the phone ok. Recruiter had limited information about the project but laid out job responsibilities and assured me that the role did not require code development experience. Laid out the 2nd and 3rd interview. 2nd Interview was technical interview with manager. Answered technical and behavioral questions Passed that. Went through some troubleshooting questions and asked about the structure of the teams. 3rd interview was another technical interview with more senior managers. Interview was pretty cold with no introduction from the seniors. Again given very limited information about the work/project. Grilled again on technical questions. This was more difficult than the 2nd interview because I felt they were trying to throw me off. Asked if I coded multiple times and asked about my API integration experience. I was not feeling the 3rd interview. That is totally fine. But what is messed up if they ghosted me. I didn't find out results until 3-4 weeks after the interview. The amount of e-mails and comms before the interviews were insane. I count 15 emails.... After I asked for update twice, I figured I was ghosted by the Supervising Associate. Found out I was rejected on the portal. No email was sent. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet due to the lack of professionalism.

Initial assessment, followed by a final interview with a manager. The final interview required me to prepare a presentation on cyber security and how it benefits the company. Interviewer seemed disinterested.
