Received a phone call and scheduled an interview. I was asked to push it a week, due to manager's business reasons. After re-scheduling, we had a Skype call with the Hiring Manager and the HR Advisor. The call lasted approximately an hour. General questions around my experience and a few abstract technical ones. I was initially informed that the selection process will take close to 1 month, but I will get updates in the meanwhile from HR. One and half month later no updates, I had to contact HR, which told me that the process is still undergoing. I chose other offers, instead of waiting forever, with no sign of respect for my application and time. It seemed to me like forming pool of candidates with no clue what skills they are looking and on which time frame they are actually going to hire someone. So much bureaucracy...that really makes me wonder.
