There were initial email asking for CV and later another email with time for interview and the first interview canceled by the company as the interviewer was busy again second interview cancelled and third one spent 30 min
Quick and transparent process supported by their talent acquisition partners. Unlike many other hirers, they actually provided feedback following interviews! The interviews were mostly conversational and not relying on the STAR approach.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
