Applied for a technology consultant position. The first part was interesting when I sent in my application and came into the first phase which was digital tasks of all sorts. Basic logic - related but also many written answers. I was invited to the interview based on the answers. I was interviewed for a very traditional management consultant - position, even though the application text gave a very different description of the ”innovative techology consulting”. Waste of time for both parties.

Interview process is made of some technical questions and soft skill assessment. The interviewer was very professional and assessed very fairly. Some case study was also presented and performance were reviewed

What is supply chain in your definition and what is it like of a bad supply chain and good supply chain
The first interview was with HR and then followed by User Interview (1-3 weeks after the HR interview). They used English mainly. HR interview covered behavioral questions, meanwhile the User Interview was very technical.
