I interviewed with two partners back to back. However, in the beginning, you do a q&a with a staff for 30 mins. The partners were really chill and love to talk about themselves.

Colloquio
Relatively rigorous, a few rounds, mostly behavioral questions. Definitely answer questions in a way that conveys you are a personable individual. Asks a lot of situational questions that are relatively random, predicting questions is not really a valuable use of your time.
