Typical process of with two rounds of psychometric testing, with final round being questions where you have to provide a response within a timed period. Recruitment Day (group based case activity followed by individual interview with manager or director)

Basic questions about why I am interested in the role/service line, what skills do I bring and question about diversity/inclusion.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
