Not a great process from the recruiter's side, had automated email to say position had been filled after they rescheduled the interview but it was an accident. They didn't send the case study for the 2nd stage. However, the interviews themselves were pleasant and everyone was really friendly.

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.

Three interviews spanning a month; there was efficient scheduling over email. All interviews were virtual and the interviewers had escalating seniority... everyone who I spoke with was pleasant. medium-plus difficulty
