The HR is quite friendly, most of the question from HR is general (strength/weaknesses), what do you foresee yourself in next 3 to 5 years. however, the audit manager question is pretty intense, he asks a lot technical questions that related to the accounting & audit.
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.

The interview process was smooth. The interviewer was friendly and showed genuine interest in my past experiences and personal interests. Questions covered my extracurricular activities, background, and motivations for applying for the role.
