First of all, HR's communication was very weak. They asked me to complete various tests such as a personal inventory, IQ test, and an English proficiency test through direct email correspondence. After completing these, they requested that I complete an additional English video interview and solve a case study. I completed these tasks as well, and then a meeting was arranged with department managers. However, HR did not participate in this meeting, and as a result, important matters like information about the position and my salary expectations were never discussed. During the meeting, we primarily discussed technical topics and the position itself. About 3-4 days after the meeting, HR contacted me and presented a job offer. However, they offered a very low salary for a Senior 2 level position, which was significantly below industry standards. I discussed the need for a revision with HR, but it was promised but never implemented. They want me to relocate to Istanbul for the job, but even with this low salary, it would be impossible to make ends meet in Istanbul. Therefore, I declined the offer. Overall, the process was conducted in a sincere and attentive manner, and the case study and interview questions were relatively easy.
