Two 30 minute consecutive interviews asking behavioral questions. Interviews were with a senior manager located in the Houston office and the other in the New York office. They asked normal about 10 questions each, mostly trying to see how you handle certain scenarios.

The process begins with an introductory colloquium where candidates are invited to briefly describe their personal hobbies in English to assess communication skills. This is followed by a rigorous technical interview focusing specifically on IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, designed to evaluate the candidate's in-depth knowledge of international accounting standards and their practical application.
