Very stimulating process that allowed me to work hand-in-hand with other like-minded individuals. Ir consisted of several different stages and challenges that assessed the level of work-readiness of the candidaates while also analyzing job-personality fit and teamwork abilities.
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
