De sollicitatieprocedure begint met het verzenden van een sollicitatie, cv en motivatiebrief naar een werkgever. Dit wordt gevolgd door een initiële screening om te bepalen of de kandidaat voldoet aan de vereisten. Succesvolle kandidaten worden uitgenodigd voor interviews, mogelijk inclusief testen. Na evaluatie ontvangen ze een aanbod of afwijzing
4 Interviews, Behavioural, Technical (both online), then a formality interview with senior manager, and then partner also formality. Relatively easy process. Technical was most difficult, some tricky questions. No leetcode or algorithmic test, just knowledge check.

First interview with HR was normal basics. Second interview was a 45 minutes technical interview with 2 managers. They asked me about my work experience and questions qhere based on python variables, functions, classes, dictionaries and libraries like langchain, pytorch, and tensorflow.

smooth. easy. questions from ur resume. easier coding questions and faster interview and process time for joining is less and the onboarding is good process...its easier to onboard and the inetrview is also pretty much easy to be honest
