The evaluation will last for one day, including individual evaluations, one-on-one interviews, and group discussion sessions. The interviewer will assist and guide you throughout the entire process. Very supportive. The lunch time is about 50min, There are sandwiches for lunch, the tea is very good, and there are some small cookies for snacks, etc.

The interview process was lengthy but it was intellectually stimulating and involved very active participation, which made it enjoyable for me. It also involved a fair amount of collaboration with other candidates, which some may appreciate while others may not.
Through the university, submitted resume, on campus interviews scheduled and went out to dinner and social events, offer came shortly after via phone call, fairly easy and straight forward process
