Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EY (New York, NY) nel mese di nov 2015
Colloquio
Attended campus recruiting presentation. After applying online, got the email invitation for a phone screen. Phone screen was casual and just general questions about what transfer pricing is and excel/financial modeling experience. Got an email about a week or two later saying I passed the phone screen and was invited to a superday. Before the visit I had to complete an online writing assessment.
The superday was fantastic, it began with breakfast and a then they had a greeter (current transfer pricing employee) take you around to interviews and show you around the office, get coffee etc. All in all it was 3 interviews 1:1, 30 mins each. All questions were fit and the tone of the interview was conversational. The people there were friendly and welcoming. The culture of EY in NYC is what sets them apart. There is a general culture of helpfulness and team work and they really seem to value candidates as people, not only for the talent they can bring to EY but also how EY can help them in the long run. Got a call two days after superday saying I got an offer.
The transfer pricing interview tested my understanding of OECD guidelines, TP methods, and benchmarking. I discussed real-life intercompany scenarios, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance. A case study assessed my analytical skills. Final rounds focused on communication, client management, and my ability to handle audits and tax authority interactions confidently and clearly.
