Fragen zur Person und zum persönlichen Werdegang, typisch Stärken, Schwächen, langfristige Ziele. Dann ein paar Fragen zum Unternehmen. "Was wissen Sie über uns"... Dann auf die Stelle selbst bezogen. Es wurde spezifisches Fachwissen abgefragt und anhand eines kurzen Cases geprüft. Hier ging es um eine Unternehmensbewertung und die Vorgehensweise. "Wie würden Sie Unternehmen X bewerten"? Zwischendurch wurden auch immer wieder Fragen gestellt
