It's a long process, a lot of time between interviews. They say "it goes fast" but it's never the case. However people are nice and try their best for you to be in a good situation, but HR communication isn't great.

What difficulties regarding risk management I encountered in the past? How did I manage it?
They took interview on two occasions and put my candidature on hold. On third occasion, I had to again go through the whole interview process and expecting the same on hold position but to my surprise, they selected me.
