Colloquio
The EY interview journey generally starts with online assessments evaluating aptitude. This is followed by multiple interview rounds: behavioral to gauge your fit and values, technical to assess your expertise, and case studies to test problem-solving. Often, a final partner interview occurs. The process meticulously focuses on your skills, cultural fit, and analytical abilities. Overall, it was a structured, insightful experience, and I'd highly recommend it for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career.

Recruiter reached out to me in late last year, had a chat with me and was very keen to have me apply for the role. At that point, I wasn't looking for a new role, neither had I applied for anything. My experience and skillsets matched what they were looking for.
After I had applied for it, the recruiter reached out to clarify a piece of information on my CV and that was it. Silence, and after a month, reached out to say that the hiring manager was wanted to find out whether I was still interested in applying for the position. I indicated my interest and EY went silent again, despite my attempts at following up 2 weeks later.
It has been more than 3 months since the chat, but nothing heard further. It was a poor follow-up even if they didn't want to consider my application anymore. Could have been better if they were upfront about what they wanted to do and notify me if I had been dropped from their consideration.
