The final partner interview focused on behaviour questions instead of technical questions. Overall the interview is good for fresh graduates to start first full time job in firm setting. The group interview was to generate a presentation in limited time as a team - make sure you are not playing the role of facilitator in the presentation and you have at least spoken 2-3 mins as part of your presentation.

(1) Online application - submitting CV, cover letter etc. via the career portal
(2) Online assessment - takes about 1 hour, some quantitative questions, questions about behaviours etc.
(3) Phone call with recruiter
(4) In-person interview - less "formal", more conversational

Two steps, starting with a written test, continuing to a case presentation interview. The interview mainly discussed the case, followed by questions closer to a behavioral interview. The interview required quick thinking and insight gathering due to short time allowed for case preparation.
