Apliqué a través de su web para un puesto de prácticas de IT. Después de rellenar un formulario me contactaron por email para realizar una prueba de inglés y otra que era un juego con decisiones según qué situaciones.
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
