Extremely disorganized. HR confirmed in person interview day of. HR then scheduled follow up call but did not call. Interview was ripe with chauvinism. My experience in the same role (and same industry) was not a topic of conversation and whenever I shifted focus to that I was met with disdain. Rating as difficult since it had nothing to do with skills but I believe everything to do with gender as this was an all male team. Asked to complete form and provide references even though decision to pursue someone else had already been made. Once complete got almost immediate email someone else was being pursued. So messy and unprofessional.
