A long, drawn-out interview process where I was ghosted for weeks at a time. Multiple rounds and a case study with no clear hiring timeline. I constantly had to be the one to follow up with the recruiter who gave me a different excuse each time as to why they forgot to follow up with me to schedule the next interview. Felt very unprofessional. The company's reputation matches.
