Two phone screens and a 3-interview loop with teammates and partner team-member. The decision took a little longer than I would have liked - over 3 weeks after my final loop.

After HR screen + Behavioral interview with hiring manager and peer, I was asked to complete 2 take home assignments. This is not that strange given the market these days. What made this a terrible experience was the depth of the ask.
There were 2 distinct prompts. One asking for a full PRD (page limit less than 10) and a light-analytics exercise asking for a summary of results (page limit less than 3).
Upon sending this collateral to the team, I was sent a generic rejection letter from my recruiter with absolutely no feedback.
In retrospect, I should have saved my time and just declined to proceed with the opportunity. Would not recommend any candidate to go through this process as it’s not worth the risk spending time to going through this type of exercise.
