A pretty straightforward process starting with a Group Discussion which was followed by a Personal Interview. The panel consisted of a Vice President and a person from Human Resources. They were very open with communication and ensured that we had whatever details we needed about the work being offered.

2 rounds of job simulation online, and 1 round of panel interview if passed the online test. The panel interview was conducted for a few hours with 1 on 1 interview and a group case study. The interviewers were nice.

Business case discussions and 1on1 case reflections
We had to take an assessment for an entire day. I was with a group of 10-12 people. There were groupings where you need to work in a group and there will be an individual presentation as well. There are panelists who will judge your individual/group presentation and there are hypothetical cases as well where in you need to identify the problem and what you would do to address this.
All the people were really approachable.

Langwieriger Prozess mit mehrere Runden bestehend aus:
1) Online Bewerbung
2) meherer online Tests
3) persönliches Assessment Center (online durch COVID)
Rückmeldungen kamen meist zügig, nur bis zum AC (letzte Stufe) vergingen mehrere Monate.
Insgesamt eher positive Erfahrung
