It was an on campus hiring with Group Discussion and Personal Interview. The interview was inquisitive and one had to be thorough with the basics as well as knowledge about his CV. One needs to be clear as to why they want to join the company and what difference they can make. Also it was a very smooth process with interviews going on for about 30 mins.

2 rounds of job simulation online, and 1 round of panel interview if passed the online test. The panel interview was conducted for a few hours with 1 on 1 interview and a group case study. The interviewers were nice.

Business case discussions and 1on1 case reflections
We had to take an assessment for an entire day. I was with a group of 10-12 people. There were groupings where you need to work in a group and there will be an individual presentation as well. There are panelists who will judge your individual/group presentation and there are hypothetical cases as well where in you need to identify the problem and what you would do to address this.
All the people were really approachable.

1) Online Bewerbung
2) meherer online Tests
3) persönliches Assessment Center (online durch COVID)
Rückmeldungen kamen meist zügig, nur bis zum AC (letzte Stufe) vergingen mehrere Monate.
Insgesamt eher positive Erfahrung
