Colloquio
The interview was done in 3 steps: 1. Intro 30 min with HR 2. 1hr with Team (two other product managers) 3. 1hr with Managers (direct manager and his manager)
Initial screening call with HR to cover CV and interest. First stage interview was a technical interview with questions, STAR example answers expected. Second stage interview was based on competencies and values, also expected in STAR format. Interviewers were friendly.

Tell us about a time where you had to make a difficult decision
Phone and initial manager interview. They highlighted that GSK prefers to hire internally so hard to enter into company. Don’t hire for many product managers.. not much turnover. Questions were general about personal experiences and a case scenario for how to handle a situation.
